330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with huge, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Minimally grainy, pale and wheaty malty as well as mildly herbal-spicy, yeasty and minimally piney, hoppy aroma, hints of Mediterranian herbs, a touch of pine and bath salt. Taste is herbal-spicy yeasty, slightly grainy, pale and wheaty malty, minimally piney hoppy and minimally tangy, hints of Mediterranian herbs, a touch of bath salt, seabuckthorn overtones.
Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Rather unspecific flavours, fairly dry - nice.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Bier Bude', best before September 2025. Hazy, golden with a large, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity-floral, gently yeasty-spicy and a bit grassy aroma of lemon peel, gooseberry, some hay and light clove. Slightly sweet, moderately, quite fruity-floral, gently yeasty-spicy and slightly grassy taste of grains, lemon peel, gooseberry, hay and clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite dry finish. Thin to medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Very dry and sparkling Saison, nicely fruity and fresh, not overly deep though.
