Can from the LCBO. Cloudy purple pour, with a small pink head. Aroma is blueberries and vanilla with some light citrus. Mouth feel is smooth and creamy, with a soft carb. Finish is lightly tart, low bitterness, with a blueberry, vanilla smoothie kick.

From Amstein, St-Légier, tasting it yesterday, the beer before to sleep, so tired and this one was really enjoyable, fruity, aromatic blueberry and red fruits, sweet and sour, malty, syrupy, bitter. 22.01.25

Hazy deep red colour with a purple hue. The head is frothy, very long lasting, light-pink and leaving some streaks of creamy-foamy lacing. Beautiful aromas of blueberry, cream cheese and Graham cookie hints. The sourness shows up more in the flavours with the lactose-cheese side that blends to the blueberries. Another fun, good dessert-sour beer from this brewery.
