Opaque, Cloudy Haze, Although Not A Complete Haze Out, Darker Shade of Yellow Straw Color, Big Lively Fizz Bubbly Head, Settles Quickly, No Lacing To Mention. Sweet, Slight Vanilla, Dominating Coffee Bean Aroma. Sweet, Moderate Vanilla, Coffee Bean, Light Coconut if Any, Cinnamon Spiciness... Sweet, Vanilla, Coffee Bean, Spicy Cinnamon Burn Aftertaste. At First, It Seems Like Too Much Cinnamon, As It Feels Like Habanero Peppers... Then Your Palate Gets Used To It and It is Fine... Hardly Any Coconut... Coffee and Cinnamon Dominate it... Easy Going. Good. Enjoyed It. Recommended...

16 oz can from the Dojo. Surprising golden pour like a regular beer, but with some visible particles. Smell offers coconut and bitter roasted coffee. Fizzy dwindling foam. It the horchata the comes up first in the taste, Coffee doesn't show up on the palate. A bit of an improvement over their regular Horchata Ale. And there's the coffee, coming up on the side. The horchata character stays consistent, with coconut probably needed to keep it from getting overwhelming.
