Uncloyable drinkability. This blood red beer is both malty and massively hopped to provide perfect balance and showcase everything great about craft beer.

On tap at the brewery, pours a muddy amber with some off white, fluffy head. Nose has grist, cracker, orange peel, malt, a little pine. Flavor is more pine, some bread crust, caramel, orange. Dry finish, a little tannic. Less than exciting.

Draft at the brewery, 6/20/14. Pours a clear dark copper color with a thin creamy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of toffee, caramel and citrus hops. The taste is toffee malt and a strong hoppy finish. Medium bodied, strong lingering bitterness, high carbonation.
