Heavy fudge chocolate on the nose, and nearly as much on the palate. Well made, but just not a beer to buy ever again. Random river bar prague

Bottled. (backlog, thanks Kim N.). Close to black colour, mediumsized creamy beige head. Aroma is artificial chocolate, some cocoa, mild bready and grainy notes along with some slight toasted notes. Flavour is artificial chocolate, some cocoa, mild toffee and a bit ripe fruitiness. Could be good, but the kind of artificial chocolate is a bit disturbing.

Tap at the Prague Beer Museum at Náměstí Míru Prague. Poured a dark mahogany with a frothy off white head. The aroma is big huge cocoa. The flavour is medium bitter light sweet with a smooth cocoa hop bitter light spice palate and a very short light bitter sweet finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Totally unexpected. I thought id be tasting something sweet and sickly. How wrong I was.

Bottle: Almost black coloured with a stable " Café au lait"-like cream head, solid aromas of sweet milk-chocolate and cacao-powder in the delicate dark-malty nose; light to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, pretty light bodied; slightly increasing bitterness towards the caramelly and artificial chocolatey finish. No repetition necessary…

Near black with a lasting, creamy off-white head. Aroma of extract chocolate and cocoa powder, with a touch of grainy malt. Sweet cocoa flavour with some toffee and an ever so faint hint of hops

Tap @ Prague beer museum. Pours very dark brown with a offwhite head. Aroma of roasted malt, rich dark chocolate, cocoa. Flavor is malts, little dark chocolate, sweet milky chocolate. Thin body, soft carbonation. Aroma is really nice, flavor disappoints abit. 060812
