We took our world tour of malt liquor further south to concoct a Chelada-style take on a classic American malt liquor. This one featured green, white & red heirloom malted corn for crispness, a bit of spice from Tajin & sea salt and a tart, citrusy bite from key lime juice. On tap at Milton brewery. Number one with a bullet. Bright orange gold color. No head. Grainy malt aroma. Flavor is grainy malt with a hint of boozy tang. Clean and citric.
