375 ml corked, caged bottle. Honey gold color has a wave of yeasty sediment that ribbons throughout the pour. Brief white head. Tart, barnyard funky aroma hints at lemon and yeast. Bretty, malty, citrusy flavor has notes of vinegar and sour apples. Perhaps, a hint of oakiness on backend leads to a tangy, dry finish.
