A bit stale and without any carbonation

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6.5 | Flavor - 6.5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5

Slightly aged sample Shortlived white head over veiled yellow beer, finely carbonated. More New World hops' character than EU, citrus, aromatics, some malt, definitely pointing to topfermenting yeast. Very slight oxydation. Quite bitter, again more USA than EU. Faint rosewater, faint oxydation. Bitter grains, kernels and dry beans. Feels quite well carbonated. Medium bodied at best, bit slick. Quite bitter, and I really can't find any connection to "Euro". Troebel oranjegeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en licht fruitig met iets van gras, wat hout en hars. Matig bier wat mij betreft.
