12/10/11/11//11

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy brown colour. Big, frothy brown head with dark brown spots. Sourish aroma. The flavour is acidic with some caramel and a little buttery, fruity citricness. Strangely and by no means superb.

(from the tap at the brewpub) Hazy, dark amber colour with a short off-white frothy head. Moderately sweet toast-malty aroma with caramel and toffee and a herbal hoppy background. Sweetbitter flavour, medium to light body; toast-malty taste with caramel; medium dry, slightly bitter and yeasty finish with toffee in the aftertaste (04.06.06).
