Draught at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen
Dark color, amber brown, hazy, with creamy and persistent head. Mild aroma of roasted malt, hops, but most of all cheesy yeast. The flavor reminds me a Brown Ale well hopped; the roasty character is present but attenuated; the dominant flavor is dark caramel, with citrusy hops; the yeast is also clearly perceived. Well balanced, but a bit imprecise.
