A pale ale fermented with an English strain, hopped with Citra and Nelson in the hot side and finished with Strata in the cold side. Expect smooth mouthfeel, very little bitterness and flavours of grapefruit and passion fruit derived from the hops.

29/1/2026. Cask at the 17th Colchester Winter Ale Festival. Hazy pour. Very nice aroma. Passion fruit, grassy, grapefruit, citrus. Lightly tart, bittersweet. Well done.

Cask @ The Hebden (formerly The Pub) Hebden Bridge. Crisp enough cask brew through a fairly smooth texture. Citrus in aroma and a citrus based flavour, although soiled in the latter through some dirty tasting pine
