Keg at The Hanging Bat. Hazy pale golden body with a thin white head that slowly fades. Steady carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma of aspirin, first aid box, straw and minerals. The cucumber and mint comes through in the taste. Thin body with a watery texture. Lively fizz. I didn’t like the medicinal aroma, but the flavour is very refreshing and botanical. Might work well as a gin mixer.
