Aroma: Orange and grapefruit, just as the label says. Pale malt and vine tomato notes in there too.
Appearance: Hazy golden body with a huge white head. Lively carbonation. Excellent lacing.
Taste: Juicy orange and grapefruit. Fresh, green, hoppy taste. Biscuit malt flavours balance the citrus fruit really well. Bitter finish.
Palate: Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Light carbonation prickle.
Overall: A fantastic beer from an exciting, rapidly improving brewery. This is the best Tryst beer I’ve had to date.
