Keg at the brauhaus. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting rocky white head. Aroma is semi sweet raw cereal grains, grain, little rustic, tangy grassy hop, little silage. Flavour is composed of semi sweet nutty malts, cereal, hint if caramel, apple and grass. Palate is semi sweet frorhy, moderate carbonation,. Decent hell. On the malty side. Little spicy hop. In the finish.

10/12/12/12//12

Draught at the brewpub. OK hop aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Frothy white head. The flavour is malty and slightly dusty. The carbonation seems a little high. Medium bitterness. Quite pleasant.

(from the tap at the brewpub) Slightly hazy yellow colour with a short but stable frothy white head. Yeasty and herbal hoppy aroma. Bitter flavour, medium to light bodied, well-carbonated. Hop-accented and yeasty taste on a solid malty base; dry, yeast-bitter and light hoppy finish (04.06.06).
