Taster. Appearance: clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma: very interesting sweet flowery aroma with some booze and fruity character. Taste: alomg the same lines, quite sweet and boozy. Overall: interesting, but boozy stuff.

Draught at the brewery
Blond to golden colour. Aroma of alcohol, light fruit. Round mouthfeel, full bodied, indeed moderately sweet; some bread, but not much malt depth, the bitterness is low, and the alcohol is quite evident, can't all be hidden by the sugars: then it gets slightly oily in the finish. Drinkable booze, more like decent Malt Liquor than Doppelbock.

Poured from the tap. Clear gold with minimal white head. Lots of dark ripe fruit, touch of alcohol. Enjoyable.
