Dunkel hefiger aber nicht sonderlich intensiver Antrunk. Deutlich bitter, minimal bananig. Monoton, frisch. Mild malziger Ausklang. OK. 11/8/9/7/8/7

Bottle. Chestnut-amber coloured, stable and lacy off-white head; berries and bubblegum in the nose, caramel and wheat underneath, cacao-powder from far away; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, very smooth; drier - lingering - caramelly-wheaty finish with traces of chocolate. Fine Dunkelweizen......

Bottle 500ml.ABV: 5.2%. Hazy - murky medium amber color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light wheat, moderate yeasty, light banana. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, cacao notes. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110312]

Murky brown coloured, medium sized tan head, banana and bubblegum in the nost. Wheaty and banana taste with notes of spices, caramel and glue. Slight sticky and bit watery. Easy-drinkable weizen but in general nothing special here.
