Pink reddish with a white head - Berry aroma - Malt body with a tart berry flavour - The tart berry flavour goes into the finish - This was nice and refreshing

Jeg går planken på Apollon i Bergen, sammen med Børge under Fjordsteam-18: lett uklar rødgylden med fint skum som varer. Sursyrlig , kirsebæraktig fruktighet i anslaget. Mild bitterhet. Frisk smak som desverre utvikler nen ufriske bærtoner etter hvert. Vi ble ikke overbevist.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, cloudy light orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, hay, grass, fruit stones, berry skin, soda powder, yeast, yoghurt, grain, red berries. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, hay, sorrel, minerals, fruit stones, berry skin, butterscotch, yeast, yoghurt, red berries. Medium bitterness, slightly watery sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough, too fresh maybe.
