Huge, dense & fine yellowish head, very stable; pale orange-ochre beer. Beautiful grapey C-hops nose, bit of glue and citrus. I love Nelson Sauvin... Outspoken dry hop flavours and some good, faintly caramelly pale malts; summer grain. Hops are a bit raw - mixed with EU hops or Magnum, maybe. Refreshing; medium bodied; not spritzy yet well-carbonated. A very good interpretation of IPA, local variety. Many thanks so Stef and the man himself!
