Big fizzy longlasting head, slightly cloudy straw colored. Aroma is dry floral, weeds, hay, flowers, yeast, paper, old moss, sour grass, minerals, sorrel, sawdust, light malts. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, wet hay, minerals, sour grass, flowers, paper, yeast, chalk, old moss, sorrel, fruit stones, sawdust. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Boring.

Flaske fra Gulating Stavanger, hjemme: uklar strågul med kort bruseskum. Floral aroma med delikate kryddertoner fra gjæren sammen med grønne druer, mild citrus og lys malt. Lekker smak med tendenser til tørr hvitvin - fantastisk bra i et såpass lett øl. Mild bitterhet i ettersmaken og stor mersmak!
