Huge fizzy longlasting head. Aroma is co2 stinging in the nose, minerals, yeast, grass, mild blue cheese, weeds, light malts, shed. Taste is slightly sour-ish mineraly, weeds, sour grass, slightly smoked malts, minerals, shed, mild blue cheese, hay, yeast. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel, fizzy carbonation. Weird.

Flaske fra Meny Voss, delt med Ovesen på Holmens aktivitetsdag: uklar brunlig ravfarge med ok skum. Kjenner umiddelbart et snev av røykmalt, og i tillegg dukker noen urter og krydderier opp. Ditto smak, halvtørr. Kjenner jeg også litt einer og honning? Servert litt for lunken?

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 03.06.16. Hazy copper. Beige head. Aroma of malt and smoke. Taste of smoked malt, dark malt and tar. Dry, a bit waterish and acidic.
