Sampled on June 10, 2014, thanks to Nisse666! Bottle 33 cl.As "Ralph’s Old Badland Premium Welsh Cider" also marked "Med Still" and 7% ABV.Clear golden color, very small bubbly head. Sweet to tart, apple, a bit of sulphur and butter scent. Sweet to tart, buttery, sulphur taste. Buttery aftertaste. Weak flat mouthfeel, medium bitterness that is harsh like.Smells rather nice, taste does not follow up, falls well short. Could likely improve for my taste with some CO2 that lowers the pH a bit as well.

Bottle 330ml. clear glass @ home. [ As Ralphs Old Badland Welsh Cider Dry Still ].[ Courtesy of Fin ]. ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium to light orange yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, tart apple, horse blanket - barnyard, sulfur, toffee - butter notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, sulfur, wood, tart, dry apple, acrid notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat and quit dry. IMO a bit odd cider - funky ! [20110301]

Bottle that was picked up from Ralph’s stall at Hay on Wye Winter Food Festival 27.11.11 consumed a little there and a bottle of it today at home 28.11.10 Pours clear gold hint of sour apple on nose along with some fruit sugars. Really refreshing cider with a nice little dry bite at the end, good appley bite touch furry along the roof of the mouth. Very nice cider. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4
