Il gusto al naso propende per il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. Il liquido è opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, cracker, crosta di pane, biscotto, frumento, amaretto, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, arancia amara, lampone, mango, papaya, frutto della passione, frutta tropicale e mirtillo.

From can at MB2 01.03.23. Clear pale straw colour. Bright white head. Aroma and taste of flower, lime, bitter grapefruit and pilsner malt. Crisp mouthfeel. Grapefruit bitterness is lingering on. Good! Perhaps some pine and earthiness.

Tap @King Arthur (Ciampino). Cloudy golden pour, medium regular white foam. Nose is pretty spicy, Belgian notes, flakes. Mouth is moderately sweet, tasty, peppery.

On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Pale yellow, a bit unclear, with a medium white head. Aroma is citrus, pungent and persistent, some pine and herbs notes. Flavour is medium to heavy bitter, citrus dishwashing, dry in the end. Medium to low body, high carbonation. Nice, but it could be refined.
