BUMPS is a glorious golden ale brewed with Brockley’s ever-steady bottleshop Salthouse Bottles to celebrate their upcoming 5th birthday.
All English ingredients have gone into this ale – from the floor malted barley from Warminster Maltings (for its distinctive malty flavour), to the Olicana, Bramling Cross, and UK Goldings hops selected by the fair hands of Salthouse Bottles themselves.
Birthday BUMPS, happy birthday Salthouse Bottles!

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Lightly sweet with notes of fresh grains, dirty straw, lemon peel. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Finishes with rounded pale mats, some husky grains, earthy straw. So so.

From tap at the taproom in Deptford 15.1.22. Hazy straw colour. Foamy white head. Aroma and taste of rye bread crusts, bark, sorrel, citrus and herbs. Also a slight hint of burnt circuit boards.
