Draught at Euston Tap East Lodge. This version is at 6%. It pours clear rich gold with no head. The aroma is musty, funky, dirty, manure, farmyard, ripe apple, apple skin, hay, wet grass and wood. The taste is straight up bone dry, earthy, tannin, oak, apple skin, must, funk, hit of acidity, lemon peel, gooseberry and barnyard vibes with a drying and sort of astringent finish. Medium body and flat. Nice funky aroma, but perhaps it is a touch too dry and tannic? A solid cider nonetheless.

From the producer at Bristol Slow Food Market. Slightly hazy gold, with no carbonation. Dry, crisp apple juice aroma with some tannins. Flavour was concentrated in the finish - it started with some apple core and tart juice, before a long, lingering dry finish that made the drink. Good.
