Das "Altstadt-Hell" vom Döbler, vom Faß im Brauhaus Döbler in Windsheim, 4.10.2025. - Goldgelb, klar. - Zartes, fast blasses helles Malz mit ganz leichter Malzsüße und milder, leicht trockener herbaler und blaß zitroniger Hopfung. Milder rezent, schlank. Im Abgang doch noch unerwartet herb. - Angenehmes, eine Spur zu dünnes aber nicht zu knapp gehopftes Helles.

500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy and slightly husky, spicy, pale malty aroma, a weak touch of biscuit and cracker. Taste is minimally sweet and spicy, pale malty, slightly bitter hoppy, a minimally mineral touch as well. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft carbonation. Clean and simple - nothing spectacular.

Many thanks to kappldav123 for sharing! Smooth mild beginning. Hints of grain, fresh floral with a smooth and grainy back. Hints of caramel, grain and a neutral bitterness. Nice.

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass light golden, small head. Dry malty aroma. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. Light moldy-fruity notes. A bit wheaty. Finish well balanced. Okay.

50cl bottle from Bierzwerg. Poured pale golden color, clear with a thin head. Aroma is grassy and sligthly buttery, fresh. Flavor slightly sweet malty and grassy, hay. Low bitterness. Watery, refreshing.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, toffee, butter notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, light caramel - toffee, light metallic. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light metallic. [20110301]
