On tap at Brasseries de Liege. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, some odd apricot and alcohol in the nose. Sweet malty, fruity, candy, notes of apricot and light alcohol with sweet finish. Not so fresh.

330 ml bottle. Pours a dull amber with moderate head. Aromas of fruity bananas and doughy malts. Flavors of same. Big and off style but enjoyable.

A small bottle from the tasting room in Liege, drunk at Dad’s place while home on holiday. Aroma: fresh and grassy, very inviting. Appearance: semi-opaque amber, big fluffy head dissipates to one finger off-white foam. Palate: full-bodied and slick, lively carbonation; finish is slightly tart. Taste: pretty heavily sweet, almonds, vanilla, a hit of sherbet. Quite tasty but a bit too sweet for me.

Golden pour and a fine head. Ok lacing.
Fine intensity in the aroma.
Balanced sweetness and a fine carbonation level
Pleasant to drink.. Mild acidity.
Malty, fruity, mild citric, some spices and some yeast in the flavor
