Proving that sometimes our most creative ideas need to be dusted off to be revealed, we reached into the far corners of our barrel collection to blend and produce Ethereal Cobwebs. Featuring elements of Belgian-style table beer and two unique saisons, Ethereal Cobwebs is an exercise in the art of blending. We hope you enjoy this wonderfully unique beer as we close out another year of SARA's cellar!

Poured from a 750 ml bottle.
Aroma is full of classic SARA funk with stone fruit, green grapes and lemon. Lighter earthy, herbal funk. Light grain and oak notes with hints of alcohol.
Pours a slightly hazy, gold color with a medium large, fairly thick, fluffy, white head that recedes steadily to the edges where it lingers in clumps. Light lacing and small legs.
Flavor has a medium light acidity that is well rounded with light grain notes. Medium bitterness and light alcohol warmth. Fairly fruity with nice SARA funk. Lots of stone fruit, green grapes and lemon lime notes. Light herbal, earthy funk with hints of oak.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a really nice saison. Classic SARA with tons of their fruity, herbal, earthy funk. Really nice beer that is easy drinking, and super complex. Nice barrel notes
