Bottle 750ml.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, dry apple, sulfur, light earth. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, earhty, apples. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20110223]

75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with with a small white head. Aroma is dry apple and slight sulphorish. Crisp apple fruity and slight sulphorish. Light dry and crisp apple fruity finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Clear golden with a white head. Rustic apple aroma with some cork and mold. Light body, some sweet apples and again some dusty and moldy barnyard. Some tannins in the finish. Rustic but ok. 230211

Bottle at a tasting. Thanks zvikar. Clear. golden. Aroma of green apples, barnyard and manure notes and a bit of wood. Sourish flavor with green apples, some wood, earthy notes and a bit of sweetness in the background. Mouthfeel is a bit fizzy. Nice aroma, OK flavor.

At a tasting, as "cidre bouche brut", thanks zvikar, small head that dissapears quite quickly, a touch hazy yellow colour, dominant yeasty nose with notes of mud, leather and compost, weak sweetness tasting of overipe apples and also something lactic. A nice rustic cider that is a touch coarse.
