Draft. A hazy deep red beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of flowery hops. The flavor is sweet matly with notes of flowery hops, baking yeast, and strawberries, leading to a slightly bitter finish. Not an IPA in my book.

Draught @ Brewpub Kobenhavn, Vestergade 29, 1456 Copenhagen, Denmark.Unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, light grapefruit, sour malt and vomit notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, candy fruity sweet, burnt plastic bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110219]

On tap. Slightly hazy amber golden with an off-white head. Caramel and fruit in the nose, a little yeast and smoke as well. Mediumbody, sweet fruit and caramel, yeast and again a note of smoke. Some late hop bitterness - not that aromatic and refined though. 190211

tap at the brewpub. clear red, smooth white head. aroma of red berries, flowers, mild malts. flavor is bitter as in an english bitter, sort of fruit peel bitterness, red fruity, malty, marcipan or bitter almonds.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and citrusy. Vague butterish. Slight herbal. Mild fruity and slight citrusy to peachy. Light strawberry note. Bitter and slight citrusy finish.
