Cask at the Bell, Waltham St Lawrence. Amber with a tight cream head; and a muted cereal grain aroma; soft in the mouth with some subdued, fruity, malts; the finish is elegant, smooth, dry, and malty, and gives a slight warmth - very like a Speyside whisky. Defintely worth seeking out.
