Bottle. Gusher. Creamy white good mostly deminishing head. Cloudy yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy and yeasry aroma with only a hint of coconut. Light bitter flavor. Some fruity esters and coconut present. This beers base must be a witt. Short finish. Watery palate.

Bottle, thanks to Cat and Chris. Looking at the bottle, and seeing what brewery makes this one, I expect a really bad one. It turns out it’s more or less a regular Belgian blond ale. It’s quite pale in color, lightly unclear and topped by a small, dense, white head. The aroma has lots of fruityness, some spiced hints, a good shot of white sugar, as well as hints of yeast and plastic. Medium body, soft carbonation. Some bitterness in the finish, but not much. Well, I certainly wouldn’t guess for coconut. A decent one, nothing more. 121102
