Pours hazy, straw-colored from the bottle. A thin and whispy white head lingers. Aroma is Belgian yeast, coriander, clove, lemon. Taste has an immediate sweetness not easily identifiable with coconut, then a light tartness at the finish. Body is medium, carbonation is moderate. Overall, more like a Witbier than a Fruit beer. While a bit underwhelming I do find it much better than the average rating currently indicates.

330 ml bottle. Pours with a clear, pale golden color and a nice white head. Looks very picturesque, I was pleasend (up to now...). Strange nose: soapy, sugar, citric, yeasty. Strange Taste, like unfinished: Soapy-metallci, sweet sugar, some lemon, watery. Not well balanced. No, don/t do that.

Bottle @ Home. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, wheat, yeast, sugar, cardboard, light citrus. Flavor is sweet, light sour, malt, wheat, sugar, little cardboard, citrus. Thin body, lively carbonation, sweet and light sour finish. No coconut, but somewhat reminds me of a poor Witbier. 140817

Gulbrun klar med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter dårlig hjemmebrent, og smaker like ille. Styr langt unna

Aroma: floral and fruity like a weissbeer. Flavor: fruity sour with yeast and floral notes. Not much coconut. Color: pale yellow with a white head.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale straw with airy white head. Intense aroma of skunk with a hoppy note. Sourish, citric flavour of something barely identifiable, finishing on a cardboard note. Richly carbonated, No taste of coconut whatsoever. Bad.

Bottle, 5.5%. Citric aroma, lemon and coriander. Hazy very pale yellow colour. Good stable chalk white head. The flavour is watery with lemon, coriander and a sourish finish. Astringent bitterness. Does not taste of coconut and does not taste 5.5%.
