Poured from bottle at Sulzberger Bierhaus Bierfestival, Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm Saturday 15th July 2023 in the company of Ursula who has now joined us. Pours gold with a a mid sized white head. Certainly very fresh and clean tasting, however not as crisp as I'd like but it's got a little bit crispness, it's fruity. There is a nice soft mouthfeel, sweetness initially but ends dry, light hoppiness and bitterness throughout, quite good.
