Our first Italian Pils ever! So we went big and collaborated with our old friend Dan Pearson, founder and head-pizzaiolo of Paris’ #1 pizzeria, Oobatz!
Bright golden with a white foam, Oobatz dazzles with notes of lemon meringue, sweetgrass and a floral touch.
On the palate, the character of bread, cereal, and grain balances with a dry, refreshing finish, enhanced by lively carbonation. A light dry hop with noble Tettnanger hops rounds out this unique experience.
Perfect to pair with great pizza or enjoy on its own. Santé! Fuggedaboudit.

0.44 l can shared with Marko at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Unclear pale greenish golden, medium frothy white head. Honey, floral, perfume, zesty. Light body, thin, malts, corn, herbs, intense perfumy. Slightly astringent, grassy. Dry finish.

Can at Goblet with Hrabren. Hazy yellow body, lasting big white head. Odd sweet aroma, bit oxidized, fruity, dusty. Oxidized peachy taste, minerally, cardboardy, herbal, grassy, low bitterness. Meh, within BB but dead.

A clear golden yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of pale malt, some grains, spicy hops. Taste of spicy bitter hops, dry grainy malt, cereals.

Weich herber, angenehm hopfiger Start. Milde Süße, zitrusartig hopfig, vollmundig. Herb-würzig, langer Abgang, einfach aber gut. 8/11/10/11/11/11

Canned 440ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Clear golden coloured, medium sized white head, weak herbal nose. Malty, grainy, herbal and bit floral with touch of corn in the finish. Short finish.
