Draught @ Fremont Brewing, Seattle, WA
Pours clear orange with a tiny head. Aroma of ripe fruits, yeast, bretta, wood and earthy malts. Taste is smooth, ripe fruity and yeasty with a touch of tartness from bretta. Finish is sweet, ripe fruity and yeasty. Feels a bit raw, and Bretta hasn’t kicked in yet.
