AROMA: medium alcohol and slight toasty notes (coffe-like, slight bread crust). faint dried dark fruits. APPEARANCE: dark amber color and clear. medium-low beige head with average retention. slight lace formation. TASTE: initial medium caramel-like flavor with a worty character, slight corn-like notes. sweet profile with low bitterness although the finish is semi-dry and slight worty. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with a slight texture. medium-low to low carbonation. low alcoholic sensation. OVERALL: a dark beer with notes from adjuncts and malt extract that distracts in the flavor.
