Bottle, 0.33l. Clear golden color with medium frothy white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma is worty, grassy, vegetably and slightly buttery. Taste starts with moderate sweet adjunct malts, follows vegetably with dry mouthfeel and mild bitter finish. Light body, watery texture and soft carbonation in palate. Just another common NA...

33cl bottle. Pours clear golden with a white head. Mild malty aroma with some lightly fruity notes and a hint of honey and possibly hops. Medium sweet, lightly malty flavour and a pretty light bitterness. Watery and not much flavour, but still quite balanced and drinkable. Far from the worst N/A beer I’ve had.

Can (as Munkholm Original). Pours light golden with a fingerthick creamy head. Aroma is somewhat sour and metallic, with some light fruitiness of apples. Light body with average carbonation. Flavour is sweet, malty and a bit metallic, but with some hay and fruits in the finish. Fair enough as a thirst quencher on a hot day.

0.33l bottle. This is a crystal clear golden one with a medium sized bubbly white head. It has a good amount of grainy wort on the aroma, a sweetness that's reminding me of smelling on ice cream. Nothing unexpected in this aroma, and for a low alcohol, acceptable. It's really lively carbonated with a thin watery mouthfeel. Doesn't really taste all that much, not that I was expecting a flavor bomb. Wort, fresh sawdust, something a bit skunky and a bit unpleasant also. Well, it is what it is; a slightly sweet, wort mineral water substitute. Nothing more, nothing less. 13.04 2013
