Not really an impression to drink an ipa, drinkable but it was an impression to drink a kind of sour kriek and a sensation to havd an infected brassion, sourness present all the time not citrus and bitter, the hop is too classical for this kind of beer, 29.11.21, drinking it at Épalinges

Appearance: Yellow golden, slight haze. Huge white head, a bit too much. Aroma: Light fruits, borderline tart fruits. Some hops. Taste: Light, slight tart fruits. A bit of hops. Low bitterness. Not a typical IPA. Past its best? Bought: Au Bon Moment, 330 ml, CHF 4.80 Info: 25/12-2021, BB: 8/4-2022
