Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Appearance: Pale yellow, some haze. Big, fizzy head. Aroma: Wheat. Yeast and quite a bit of brett. Taste: Wheat, but mostly yeast and brett. Don't think the brett/sourness should be there. Bought: Wintibier, 330 ml, CHF 4.00 Info: 3/10-2021, BB: 28/2-2022
