S naší edicí Single Hop Ale máte jedinečnou příležitost prozkoumat a porovnat vlastnosti jednotlivých odrůd chmele na základě jednoho receptu. Tentokrát jsme použili českou odrůdu Jupiter s výraznými dřevitými tóny s aromatem po pryskyřici, koření a citrusů.

750ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Citrus, grass, spruce and some slightly herbal notes in the aroma. The taste is herbal and slightly zesty with citrus, pine, spruce and some slightly woody notes. Interesting to sample this variety on its own. I think it has a fair bit of character but I feel it would work better combined with other hops and/or in a different style to this as it doesn't really stand out enough on its own. Don't get me wrong, though, I had no trouble at all drinking this and found it enjoyable.
