Bottle (No. 288 2012/01/25). Pours hazy light amber with small bubbly white head. Lots of large particles floating around in the bottle. Aroma is malt, ripe sweet apples, orange, mandarin, grapes, sour green plums, raspberry yoghurt and faint hints of spruce. Taste is light to medium sweet, light to medium bitter and light acidic. Body is milky and light chalky with lively carbonation. Finish is long and medium to heavy sweet with notes of malt, caramel, white sugar, lemon(ade), orange juice, licorice mints and toffee. Excellent balanced and refreshingly fruity light beer.
