Fläschle (as FIDELIS Hefe leicht; Dank am See!): Golden, unclear, visible carbonation, big and quite firm creamy white head, mild sourish-sweet aroma of yeast, wheat, vegetables and cloves; mild sourish flavour, light bodied, quite soft; slightly lingering delicate sourish-tart finish. Can serve as a quick thirst-quencher...

Good light citrus flavor to the beer. Prefer if it was unfiltered, but otherwise a good light hefeweizen.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Slightly hazy, yellow-golden beer topped by an off-white head. The aroma is weak, with banana and cloves like it should be, although more on the grainy side. Medium body, quite effervescent. The flavor too is quite weak, banana, some cloves, lemon and bitterness. Short finish. A beer that drinks easily but I’d rather have a normal strength or nothing at all. 110130

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. ightly yeasty nose. Very light body, a little dry banana there - and yeast. Ends dry. But a decent drinker that you can actually recognize as a Hefe. 300111
