Made from low colour Maris Otter malt, this is a very pale golden bitter. A moderate 35 EBU’s of bitterness come from a combination of four different British hops added at different points throughout the boil. A light, refreshing and easy drinking ale with spicy hop aroma.

Cask (Hop, Sheffield) - Golden in colour. Peach, biscuity malt and some blackcurrant hints in the aroma. Lemon, grapefruit and blackcurrant feature in the taste. Nice stuff.

Cask @ Duck & Drake, Leeds. Pale yellow with a creamy head. Has a malt-hop character throughout with a medium bitterness.
