Cask @ Crown & Kettle, Manchester. Clear chestnut-red with a small creamy head. Has berry-sweet malts but also some roasted ones.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Cask (Roebuck JDW, Nottingham) - Dark brown with red tinges. Raisins, chestnuts and earthy hops in the aroma. Caramel, dried fruit and chestnuts feature in the taste. The finish is slightly earthy.
