Cask (Queen’s Arms, Basingstoke) - Golden in colour. Lemon, grapefruit and spice feature in both the aroma and taste. Perfectly drinkable and fairly refreshing but lacking something for me.

Cask gravity at the St Albans beer festival 2015. Reddy amber in coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is sticky sugar, honey, toffee little veg. Flavour is earthy honey and toffee. Palate is semi sweet, moderate cask condition. OK.
