Cask (Cask, Manchester) - Copper red in colour. Raisins, berries and malt in the aroma. The taste is fruity and malty with notes of rye, blackcurrant and raisins. Bitter finish.

Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Clear deep copper coloured with a creamy head. Has a clean, crisp texture with a grainy light bitterness.
