Cask at the Old Fountain. Pours rich gold with a light film head. Mild malt aroma with faint straw. things get real interesting in the flavor. Quite sweet and very fruity, perhaps melon, with some citrus, resin and pine bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly sweet finish with more fruits, some stickiness and citrusy, resiny hops. Great beer.

Cask (Southampton Beer Festival 2010) - Dark amber in colour. Sweet aroma with perfumed peach and passion fruit. Fruity taste with caramel and a hint of spiece. Interesting, but a bit sickly after a while.
