Flaske (under bavnet Flaskepost) på RB samling hjemme (takk til Børge): flott skum, aroma og smak som en typeriktig og vellaget engelsk bitter. Stor begeistring rundt bordet. Kveldens tredje øl fra Kinn, og heller ikke denne byr på konsumeringsproblemer - en velsmakende og typeriktig esb som kiler ganen akkurat nok til å øke forventningene ytterligere til Mark Knopflers utsøkte gitarspill. Original review text: Fra fat på Cirkus, en regntung lørdag i juli (og dette skal liksom være sommer?): lett uklar gylden med tett cremeskum som varer hele veien ned. Fruktig humleprofil i beste engelsk tradisjon. Hint av toffee og et bittelite streif av fuktig skogbunn. Mild bitterhed og overbevisende eleganse. En velgjører for tørste vandrere (og syklister).

Appearance: Hazy golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing.
Aroma: Malty, citric and flowery.
Palate: Medium (+) body. Moderate sweet and a fresh bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Malty, mild grassy, light citric and some acidic notes.
Overall impression: Not quite my taste, but still a decent ale. A bit to big bottle for one person if you just want to taste it. For sharing.

Draft. Hazy yellow color, thick white head, solid lacing. Aroma of white pepper and white bread. Taste is mildly bitter, crisp and clean. Good example of the style.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger in June 2011. My first beer from Kinn Bryggeri. Slightly hazy golden with a small white head. Very drinkable and refreshing beer, fruit, grass and with a nice bitterness in the dry finish. A pleasant suprise!

Bottle, 75cl. Thx Tarjei. A big, creamy, off-white head leaves lacings as the clear, golden beer is drank. The aroma is fruity and citrusy with some pale malts and a touch of yeast. Dry cookies, citrusy fruityness, pale malts and a little bitterness in the flavor. Medium body, smooth. Ctirusy peel in the end. Bottle 750ml.Unclear medium orange color with a small to average, frothy to fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, toasted - caramel, light to moderate hoppy, dusty grass, leather - wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dry. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20110129]
