Can. Medium brown in color with a small head. Aroma is fruity and fruit cake. Taste is like raisin bread. Whoa, it's like drinking prune juice. Gotta go.

Deep dark brown coloured body with a thick, large-bubbled *nd fast-dying rich light brown head that stays afloat but leaves an ugly lace on the sides of the glass. Aroma of pure raisins, molasses, grapes, pitted fruits, earth, toffee, nuts and a bit of syrup, all with some alcohol and warmth shining through. Medium to Full-bodied; Super rich and dense malty notes with pitted fruits, raisins, earth, mushrooms and a good deal of brown sugar all here that shows a subdued yeastie and bready note that ends with some alcohol as well. Aftertaste shows some caramelised sugars and toffee, but the pitted fruits, raisins, figs and pure grapes remain stronger and much more dense than I was expecting. Overall, a nice, rich, earthy and incredibly sweet beer that has a solid complexity as well from the mushroomy, raisiny and pungent bready notes that hit with a solid Belgian yeast finish. Great to have and very easy-drinking considering the alcohol, range of flavours and robust sugars here. I sampled this sixteen ounce pint-sized can purchased from Joe ccanal's in Lawrenceville, New Jersey on 21-December-2020 for US$3,49 sampled on the train to New York on 02-December-2021 with my family.
