Hop Tropikos is our experimental IPA series. This is number 005. Brewed mostly with Summer hops & balanced out with Amarillo
hops. This summer IPA is Golden & Hazy with subtle tropical fruit and a dry bitter finish.
Sun tanning is encouraged!
Notes: Cantaloupe, Pineapple & dry melon rind.

Gold pour. Thin foam. Hops and earth nose. Grapefruit and tropical fruit flavor.

Guava, grass, pencil shavings nose. Cloudy amber, medium head, good retention, decent lace. Grass, orange. Medium body, easy carbonation.

$3.70 pint can, WW. Pours murky gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is pineapple, apricot, orange. Flavor is smooth juicy pineapple, orange, apricot, light green leaf. Not overly bitter, but does finish with a slightly soapy taste. Good.
